With crunchy stems, tender leaves and gorgeous colour, Pak Choi is one of our favourite veg. Quick and easy to cook, add pak choi towards the end of stir fries to retain the crispness of the stems. Thinly sliced, stems are also delicious raw in salads to add crunch.
