Our tender baby rocket leaves have a peppery 'bite' to them without the overpowering flavour of older leaves. Keep a bag in the fridge so you can quickly add some greens at any point - they work well as an accompaniment to most meals, particularly rich risottos and pastas. Or use them to create easy gourmet salads like the famous rocket, pear, walnut/pine nut and blue/parmesan cheese combo, one of our faves.
